everything was 'nice', I guess, but the dampish bathroom and the thin towels really took away from my luxury experience. also, don’t expect special treatment here—no room upgrade for me! I almost thought about complimenting the gardens, but then they forgot to check on me by the pool. disappointing, really.

Aye, we loved chillin’ at this spot! The staff was mad friendly, especially Utami—she made sure we was good. The pool was dope, surrounded by these beautiful gardens. You step out, and it’s the hustle of Ubud, but you come back in for pure peace. Just wish the bathroom was a lil’ nicer, for real.
