everything was 'nice', I guess, but the dampish bathroom and the thin towels really took away from my luxury experience. also, don’t expect special treatment here—no room upgrade for me! I almost thought about complimenting the gardens, but then they forgot to check on me by the pool. disappointing, really.

Incredibly friendly and attentive staff made me feel welcomed.
I was disappointed with the bathroom cleanliness. it could really use some serious attention. The air conditioning system in my room was noisy, adding to my discomfort during the night. Also, the water pressure in the shower was so low that it felt like a chore to wash up. I was hoping for a bit more luxury for the price.

9/10
Aye, we loved chillin’ at this spot! The staff was mad friendly, especially Utami—she made sure we was good. The pool was dope, surrounded by these beautiful gardens. You step out, and it’s the hustle of Ubud, but you come back in for pure peace. Just wish the bathroom was a lil’ nicer, for real.

We had a fantastic experience. the peaceful garden area made our stay so relaxing, and the spacious room with great amenities was a bonus. The only hitch was the occasional need for updates in the bathrooms. Would definitely come back!

The staff was super welcoming, and the pool area felt like our little jungle retreat. We loved the cooking class and got to explore nearby temples. The breakfast was a nice touch too. Totally recommend it for fun group trips.
One downside was the cleanliness of the room. Some parts were a bit dusty and could have used better cleaning. It wasn't a deal-breaker, but it's something the hotel should definitely improve.

great room but slight bathroom issues
The superior room was spacious and featured the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I appreciated the attention to detail in the amenities, and the staff were friendly and remembered my name during the stay. The beautiful garden views from my room made it feel like a serene escape, and the nearby restaurants were easily accessible, adding to the convenience.
However, the bathroom cleanliness could use some improvement.
